1️⃣ Login to CentovaCast

Open your CentovaCast control panel URL

Log in using your username and password
-
Select your radio station from the dashboard
2️⃣ Open the Playlists Section

From the left menu, click Media
-
Select Playlists
-
You will see a list of existing playlists (if any)
3️⃣ Create a New Playlist
-
Click Create Playlist
-
Fill in the details:
-
Playlist Name → (Example:
Main Playlist,Top Hits,Night Songs) -
Playlist Type →
-
General Rotation→ for normal songs -
Jingle→ for sweepers / jingles -
Scheduled→ for time-based shows
-
-
-
Click Save
✅ Your playlist is now created.
4️⃣ Upload Songs to Media Library
Before adding songs to a playlist, they must be uploaded.

Go to Media → Media Files
-
Click Upload
-
Select MP3 files from your computer
-
Wait until the upload completes
???? Supported formats: MP3 (recommended)
5️⃣ Add Songs to Playlist (Drag & Drop)
This is the easiest and most popular method ????

Go to Media → Playlists
-
Click View Tracks next to your playlist
-
In another browser tab, open Media → Media Files
-
Select songs (single or multiple)
-
Drag and drop the selected songs into the playlist window
???? Songs will be added instantly in the order you drop them.
6️⃣ Reorder Songs (Optional)

Drag songs up or down inside the playlist to change the order
-
Changes are saved automatically
7️⃣ Set Playlist Playback Rules (Important)
Click Edit Settings on the playlist and configure:
For Normal Music Playlist:
-
Playlist Type:
General Rotation -
Playback Order:
Shuffle(recommended) -
Weight: Default (higher = plays more often)
For Jingles / Sweepers:
-
Playlist Type:
Jingle -
Play Frequency:
-
Every X songs OR
-
Every X minutes
-

Play jingle every 3 songs
8️⃣ Apply Changes
After adding or editing playlists:

Go to Settings
-
Click Apply Configuration
-
Restart AutoDJ if prompted
✅ Done!
Your playlist is now live and AutoDJ will start playing songs automatically ????
